Goldenloch Seemingly there is a rumour, and it is being spread maliciously that at the Goldenloch we are searching peoples bags, etc, before they go fishing and that we banning people that have dodgy flies, well if it true, then its good, cause if you have so called dodgy flies then they are not welcome
Goldenloch Its been a frustrating week here, with temperatures at night dropping to as low as -7 and then day time temperatures of + 7, every night the ice thickness has increased by a couple of centimetres, during the day rain and melt water has lain on the surface, it is really annoying
“Goldenloch Fishery” is 12 acres water, plus a natural 4 acre wetland wildlife conservation area, A well loved, admired, fully established fly only fishing loch, nestling in the rolling rural countryside known as “North East Fife”, It fits snugly in its own small picturesque valley, enjoying pretty much complete seclusion, and that brings to visiting
Every year, especially when your dealing with the fishing fraternity, its good to sit back and have a bit of a think about the past season, or even seasons, try and figure out what was good and what can be improved, also what was not so good, an example being we here at the Goldenloch
