Firstly a big apology to everyone that comes and reads my Web Blogs, its not my fault that we lost the broadband signal and it took two weeks for them to actually say it was a problem at their end and to crown it they wanted £40 plus vat to reconnect the signal, anyway thank-you BT for reinstating us, it took a bit of time but at least we have got the internet back, I am not to sure what kind of deal we have but at least its up and running. What about the fishing, well the past two or three weeks for some have been absolutely fantastic and for some its been a nightmare, for those that enjoy the sport and can adjust to the situation it has had good rewards, and the reason for all this, has been the weed problem that has arisen due to the extremely favourable conditions for its growth, we have tried cutting it, pulling it, ropes round it you name it we have tried it but it just kept on growing however now its just fallen back down onto the loch bottom, however the fishing has improved a lot in the last few days, last night six anglers all had a least 4 or 5 fish each, but the biggest problem just now is the weather its been raining and blowing a gale for days, quite a few really nice brown trout have been getting caught and a lot of really nice rainbows can be seen cruising round the loch, In the last few weeks we have had a lot of fun, we had an open day, barbeque with two bouncy castles for kids and a beer tent, Alan Gibson kindly was on hand to help with youngsters to learn how to fish and also to catch fresh trout for the barbeque which was greatly appreciated by all, thanks to everyone that came and especially those that helped tidy up,
