A lot of fish moving everywhere
Goldenloch anglers have been having some real prime time fishing with the fish moving on the surface and feeding from early morning till late evening, with extra added spells of intense feeding, when the clouds cover over giving really good activity on the surface, the visiting ospreys however are now causing a lot of damage to the fish as they charge into the loch not managing to catch every time, Mr Spence, Collessie had his usual 9 fish all put back from the bank again using only dry flies, commenting that the fights were really good and that the fish were coming out of the weedbanks and following the flies at great speeds, Mr Jim Wilson Dalgety Bay had 3 for 8lbs all caught on hoppers and daddies this time however from a boat, returning 4 his comments were that if it wasn’t for the hailstorm and really cold wind that followed he thought he was going to have his best days fishing, ever, but he was really pleased with the performance of his flies and was looking forward to his next trip. Mr Stewart Fenton, Glenrothes had a brace of fish that he caught using dries as did Mr Jim Brown from Cupar. Anglers attempting to book this last weekend may have experienced a slight problem when trying to phone, this was due to Anne accidentally unplugging all the phones whilst she attempted to rectify a very ill computer, with all repaired, normal service can be resumed.
