Week ending 06/06/05 goldenloch
Last week at the Goldenloch saw all the seasons in 5 days with the early part of the week being mid winter however by Friday it was a beautiful summers day until 3pm when the thunder and lightning struck after it had past the loch just burst into life with the swallows arriving first and then fish rising in all parts, Some really good catches this week were had during the day as the fish are now moving freely, Mario Polese, Ladybank using a yellow dancer due to the water being murky after the wind had 2 for 4lbs and Mr C Mckenzie, Markinch using a Diawl Bach had 3 for 6lbs returning 1, catching his first ever fish, fly fishing was Master D Kyle, Rossie using an orange buzzer Kyle fish was 2lbs. Kinross lads S Ewart, D Clark, W Reach were having a good night on Sunday with fish showing everywhere Mr Ewart had the best spot at the far end of the loch and returned 6 keeping 3 for 8lbs on varying flies. Lee Brown, Markinch enjoyed his fishing with 3 for 5lbs and 2 browns returned all on black Buzzers.
