So its is bitter cold yesterday and to-day Sunday but the catches have been exceptional, Ok we stocked this week but it looks like that coincided with lots of fish moving in lots of areas but mostly at the boat end, this overlapping of fish pretty much has given those fishing a lot of great sport with several people catching and releasing at least 20 fish, quite a few older bigger fish some over 4lbs caught as well, but my stocking weight is now 1.5lbs up to 1.75Lbs however don’t be dismayed every fish caught this weekend has fought like a demon, so many compliments as to the strength and vigour of the fish, well done to Invicta, Now its been a bit busier which is great, Scott Fraser and Richard out on Tuesday Scott returning 8, Richard 3, Colin Hay had 3 now this had to be one of the coldest days for a while, Wednesday saw Leslie Mitchell and Stewart Penman get two each again a bitter cold day, Thursday the P&KD Council Wellbeing group caught and killed 3 while Darin Taylor pre the introduction of the new fish had 6, Friday saw Alec Cuthbert on 10 with 3 perch as well Sandy Band just pipping him with 11, Graham McCough caught 2 kept 1 and lost 5, Ciran had 4 all returned , now this is when the new fish were kicking in Rod Thaw on 20, Brain Dewar  in the middle of the loch had 26 and Nike Bradshaw on 12 + a Perch, today Sunday was cold and wet, yet the fish were on form five guys on 20 + and some lads on 10+ everyone was delighted even although it was wet and cold Stuart Cameron was a wee bit disappointed at there being to many fish at his favourite spot so moved to the far end of the loch alas he was still catching, all we need now is some warmer weather
