The weather forecast for anglers this past weekend was shocking however the actual weather was glorious but very cold, if anyone had any complaints at the weekend it was only how cold their fingers had become, Saturday we thought would be busy but alas only 4 or 5 turned up and they had a really good day, Colin Laird having the best day with 9 rainbows all returned, Sunday saw a much larger crowd turn up and after everyone sorted themselves out boat or bank we saw the first fish of the day being caught from the bank by M Summers first cast and after playing it for a short time he then saw his braided leader slip off and fish and cast disappear, the days fishing turned out to be very good with everyone having caught their bags of fish first of was G Haggart Glenrothes who fished all day at the far end of the loch he was fishing C&R and returned 4 rainbows and a blue with everything being caught on a cruncher next was R Shepherd from Newport who reported returning in his catch one of the Char then Ray Easton Bankfoot who was using a white lure came of after returning 5 this was the general trend for the rest of the day.
