{"id":667,"date":"2015-11-09T08:37:16","date_gmt":"2015-11-09T08:37:16","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2015-11-09T08:37:16","modified_gmt":"2015-11-09T08:37:16","slug":"john","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/goldenloch.co.uk\/index.php\/2015\/11\/09\/john\/","title":{"rendered":"Can the weather get much worse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Goldenloch nov-09th \u2013week 42-2015<\/p>\n<p>Goldenloch<br \/>\nNov-09th \u2013Week 42-2015<\/p>\n<p>Wow, what a night of rain, not been down to the fishing but yesterday saw two hardy lads out in a boat all day, one doing very well, Brian Dewar, the other Alec Burns, not having such a good day but nevertheless both lads commenting that they had enjoyed the peace and quiet, as Anne and I watched from the warmth of our house we could only admire the true sporting nature of two lads who just enjoy a days fishing, it was a day of heavy squalls perhaps three but when it rained it rained, so this last week has been really hard fishing, we put in fish last Monday and being honest I thought we would have had a good week but it didn\u2019t happen Tuesday was really foggy and the fish went really deep, Wednesday wasn\u2019t mush better but at least fish were starting to show with a few getting caught from the bank, Thursday started foggy but was the only day that the sun broke through the fog and that brought the fish up with two lads doing very well, so basically it\u2019s the weather that\u2019s the problem the loch has seen a massive volume of new clear water in the last week or so, the temperature of the water has dropped from 8 to 5 degrees very quickly and there is a massive amount of hog lice and bloodworms just now which is filling the fishes bellies.
