Wow, how the weather people get away with what they forecast is it that they invent them, today Saturday, is a great day for fishing, it was cold to start with but it has quickly warmed up, nice sun very small breeze fish showing in all areas, huge drop in the air pressure on Wednesday till Friday ( Not Forecasted ), the worst day was Thursday when the wellbeing group were here, \u00a0it was very blustery, it bordered on being impossible for the boats, there were only three boats out, those lads that were \u00a0on the banks were surprised at the calmness of the shoreline, just now I am doing some forward planning, in the past we really didn\u2019t encourage groups or clubs coming, but all that\u2019s about to change, the reason being we always tried to cater for the singles and double anglers in boats, by having plenty space, actually now it\u2019s because we have so few anglers, due mostly to the downturn in angler numbers, that I whole heartily advertise that we are allowing clubs back, in the past we have had some bad experiences with some clubs, but they like us have probably changed their ways, we have six boats that can be used by clubs ( 12 rods ) and two other boats for regulars, so if interested call 07968006367 to make a booking or , well the numbers were low, but those fishing seemed to be having some very varied results Mike Fairweather had 6, 2 on a FAB, 2 on an egg fly and 2 on ally McCoist, Rod thaw 17 on floating Fry, Jock Souter 2 returned and lost 3, Thurs saw Sand Band drop 5 and having loads of Offers but catching zero, Lloyd having a great day returned 7 killing 1, Martin returned 1, Leslie Mitchell returned 4 using black and green and a white cat, Tuesday saw Kevin Dickson and Karl Cooke having a pleasant day 7 between them, Alan Hyndman had 7, the day before Robert Stewart had 8 losing as many and nice to see Roy Kelly back returning 4 dropping 3 using Montana\u2019s and Peter Ross, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
