It\u2019s really disappointing to see that there are fish rising everywhere, no one here to fish, Last night Saturday, there were only two out fishing, both lads catching using Olive Damsels, one had 5 the other 7, the day before I think it was three anglers, so what\u2019s the crack, I am gutted by the way some anglers are behaving, have I wasted my time pulling out tons of weeds, I mean the loch is virtually weed free now, the only weed is where I want it, the water is clear, the Algal Bloom has past, there are fish in every corner of the loch, perhaps I haven\u2019t stocked with enough big Fat Fish, well I ain\u2019t going to, I think after many years of looking after this fishery and trying to offer to anglers a place that offers sporting fish, it\u2019s sad to see so many people stripping lures and pulling bungs, blobs and boobies through the water, catching lots of fish probably half killing most of what they catch, I now realise that what we have got is not really what\u2019s wanted, that\u2019s why the lads at Stenhouse packed up, what is needed is a fishery that gets the angler clients to artificially bum it up, plus stock large floppy fish, and all for a cheap price, well I would rather close than do that, best quality fish at 2.5lbs amble feeding, nice boats etc, is not really enough for some, some lads have opted to fish at other places for a couple of months, but when the opportunity to come back here to enjoy the bigger number fishing, we will see what happens in the next couple of months, a decision will be made but at the moment I pretty much think that there will be no season tickets, nor monthly tickets at the Goldenloch, however anglers at the moment are well and truly spoilt for choice and Price, there are still plenty of places to visit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
