They last few days have seen very cold mornings, with temperatures really low, it made for a crazy week for anglers trying to make up their minds about going fishing, basically after a glorious weather the week before last week, we have been faced with yet again some really cold weather, well below zero degrees mornings and changeable winds, however some days had tremendous afternoons, like Saturday 2 April, when some guys could do nothing wrong, like the two young lads with not a lot of experience that caught 25 fish between them, a day in a lifetime, they just happened to be in the right spot at the right time, lots of anglers have been getting great catches mostly using bungs and stuff that some guys would not even have in there boxes, and that where it differs for many guys with a different approach to going fishing, take Stewart and Steven they persevered on Sunday with traditional flies seeing many fish they couldn\u2019t quite get the one that would work, while Scott Fraser, Dundee was in a boat using amber lures and his brother using wotsits were having a great day, George Duff did well getting 5 of the bank using buzzers, Dave Wilson only out for an hour or so had 3 keeping 1, Visiting anglers J Petrie and R Taylor enjoyed their day with keeping 7, we will be back after a great days sport, Lloyd  after a long break arrived, caught and returned 4 using a damsel, fishing here at the \u201cGoldenloch\u201d is about YOU, the anglers wellbeing, we enjoy having you, we want you to enjoy your day, the most important thing is to be able to relax, enjoy what you are doing, for those that are interested our resident \u201cOsprey\u201d is back been here every day for a week, cormorant numbers are getting much lower, and it looks like our hen swan is sitting on her nest as we only have one swan in the water.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
