Conditions at the Goldenloch improved greatly after the heavy rain that fell for the first time in months, however this improvement was shortly devastated by the sudden explosion of algae that grew rapidly due to the nutrients that were brought into the loch by the heavy rain, in three days the water has turned green and made fishing difficult again, this we hope is going to be a short term problem as the water temperature has been showing signs of dropping and the algae is starting to turn brown, please phone for an update or check the website for information.<\/p>\n
